圆方工程有限公司 (DHS) 開發技術團隊，目前主營項目為BIM(建築資訊模型)、IOT(物聯網) 與大數據分析，提供視覺化的管理系統平台，輔助建築產業進行流程管理與竣工後維護運營的建築智能化設備及其能源管理。 以空間資訊為主體的建築智能化管理集成系統，結合了各種智慧裝置、設備維護以及個案管理，提供後台的數據蒐集與運算。透過集成的資訊進行整合式運算，得到完整且全面的園區建築空間品質關鍵因素分析，結合LPWAN(低功率廣域網路)的新技術佈設，涵蓋範圍可達到10~15 公里的無線監控，該項技術優勢在於穿透率高且耗電量小，無需多次充電，一次將電量充滿即可維持相當長的使用時間，即便位處於地下四層也能精準無誤的傳輸數據。 | |
