Mr. Kou Kun Pang

Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Macau

Mr. Kou Kun Pang is an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Macau. He has been teaching for twenty years.　In addition to his enthusiasm in teaching work, Mr. Kou published papers in more than 30 journals and conferences. He is also a reviewer in various journals. In 2011, he was a member of the editorial board of the “Energy Education- Junior High School’s supplementary materials” published in Macao.

Mr. Kou is also actively participating in professional societies and community services. He provides consultancy services to governmental departments such as the Environmental Protection Bureau and the Transport Bureau. Besides, he was the Vice Chairman of the Consultative Committee of Environment of the Macao SAR Government from 2017 to 2023, served as a Member of the Consultative Committee of Community Service of the Macao SAR Government from 2008 to 2017, and the Convener of the Transport Consultative Committee of the Macao SAR Government from 2011 to 2017.
