Mr. Xu Guangzhen is currently the Director of the General Division, General Department, Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He served as a senior engineer of the Policy and Regulation Institute of Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center, Deputy Consultant of the Division of Policies and Technologies, Department of the Nuclear Facility Safety Regulation, Level III Consultant of the Minister’s Office, General Office, and Deputy Director of the Research Office, General Office, Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He has long been engaged in ecological environmental protection and nuclear security policy research.
