Mr. Ip Sio Kai is a senior financier; he is currently the Deputy General Manager of Bank of China Macau Branch. He also serves as a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Legislative Assembly of the Macao SAR, a member of the Boao Forum for Asia Macao Committee for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development, Chairman of Macao Goldsmith’s Guild, President of the Macau Innovation Investment Union Association, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Macao Chamber of Commerce, and Council Vice-Chairman of the Macau Chinese Enterprises Association.
