Ms. Isabella Huang Loh

Chairman of the Singapore Environment Council


Ms. Isabella Huang Loh holds a Master of Management Science from MIT Sloan Fellows School of Management, BSc (Hons) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology, UK. She had been appointed a Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore and Fellow of the CMI of UK. 

Ms. Loh is the Chairman of the Singapore Environment Council since 2008 and Chairman of the Practising Management Consultant (PMC) Certification Board. She is a SID accredited Senior Board Director. She has also been the Chairman of Advisory Committee, School of Applied Science (SAS) and Board of Governors of the Republic Polytechnic Singapore since 2014. She serves as an Evaluator for the Engineering Accreditation Board Singapore, a subsidiary of Global Engineering Accreditation Board.

She was on the Board of National Environment Agency Singapore for 6 years since 2011. She was the Founding Chairman of WMRAS and with that she attained 26 years of deep knowledge in environment management and business.

She has more than 40 years of experience in broad range of services which includes sustainability, environment, engineering & construction, oil and gas, spanning global footprint of 87 countries.

Ms. Loh has been conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2017, and was awarded the International Management Action Award (IMAA) in 2003 jointly by SPRING Singapore and CMI UK.
