Professor Kou Kun Pang, Vice Chairman of the Consultative Committee of Environment of the Macao SAR Government (Macao, China)

Professor Kou Kun Pang is an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Macau. He has been teaching for twenty years and is devoted to work for the University. In addition to his enthusiasm in teaching work, Professor Kou published papers in more than 30 journals and conferences. Professor Kou is also a reviewer in various journals. In 2011, he was a member of the editorial board of the “Energy Education- Junior High School’s supplementary materials” published in Macao.

Professor Kou is also actively participating in professional societies and community services. He provides consultancy services to governmental departments such as the Environmental Protection Bureau and the Transport Bureau, he is currently the Vice Chairman of the Consultative Committee of Environment of the Macao SAR Government, besides, he served as a Member of the Consultative Committee of Community Service of the Macao SAR Government from 2008 to 2017, and the Convener of the Transport Consultative Committee of the Macao SAR Government from 2011 to 2017.
