Mr. He Xiaojun Director, Local Financial Supervision Administration Bureau of Guangdong Province Mr. He Xiaojun is currently the General Director of Guangdong Financial Supervisory Authority, Doctor of Economics, Deputy Researcher and Postgraduate Mentor of University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Xiaojun He studied in the Berlin School of Economics through the Development Scholarship from the German Federal Government. Mr. He has engaged in the supervision and policy research of banking institutions, regional financial supervision and reform and innovation for several years. He was the main designer of the “off-site financial supervision system of China banking institutions”. He has participated in the significant revision on regulations for the opening up of financial sector and China’s accession to the World Trade Organization. Mr. He is one of the main drafters of the “Regulations on the Administration of Foreign-Invested Banks of the People’s Republic of China”, and the “Implementation Rules of the Regulations on the Administration of Foreign-Invested Banks”. He has received several honor awards, such as “Chairman’s Reward” by the China Banking Regulatory Commission. |
