Mr. Huang Binhui, Deputy Secretary General of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry Speaker Bio: Mr. Huang Binhui was born in November 1965 in Jiangsu province. He holds a master degree. In July 1988, Mr. Huang Binhui graduated from the Physics Department of Shanghai Tongji University and worked in the Third Research Institute of the Ministry of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In 1991, he joined former Ministry of Environmental Protection in China and worked successively in the Department of Pollution Prevention and Control and the General Office. In October 2008, he was appointed Deputy Director of North China Supervision Center of the former Ministry of Environmental Protection in China, responsible for the supervision of environmental protection in northern China, organizing and participating in the verification of total pollutant emission reduction, comprehensive supervision of environmental protection in key cities and central environmental protection supervision. In June 2017, he joined the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, in charge of industrial policy research and consulting, industrial survey and statistics and industrial development information research, industry credit evaluation and training services. |
