-        July 1996 – joined the Institute of Standardization of former Ministry of Chemical Industry, having served as Assistant to Director and Deputy Director.

-        From 2005 to present – Member and Secretary-General of the Hazardous Chemicals Standardization Technical Committee.

-        From 2006 to present – Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Sub-Committee of Chemical Safety of the National Safety Standardization Technical Committee.

-        From 2008 to present – Vice President of the Sub-Committee of Chemicals Toxicity Testing Sub-Committee of the National Dangerous Chemicals Standardization Technical Committee.

-        In 2011, became one of the three National-Level Experts recommended by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (in the field of Safety of Dangerous Chemicals) and Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China.
